Tutor Hiring and Teaching Opportunities:
Work With
Think-Top Educational Institute

We are currently hiring part-time tutors for SEA, CSEC, and Early Childhood (ECCE) programmes.

Think-Top Tutors is a growing educational institute focused on quality teaching, strong foundations, and disciplined learning. We work with SEA and CSEC students in small, structured classes where clarity, confidence, and critical thinking matter.

As the institute continues to grow, we are open to working with capable, professional tutors who take teaching seriously and value high standards.

This is not casual tutoring. We are building systems, consistency, and long-term academic success for our students.

Tutor Hiring Role Overview

Position: Part-Time Tutor (SEA / CSEC)

Think-Top Tutors offers both online and face-to-face classes in small group and individual settings. Tutors are responsible for delivering structured lessons aligned with national syllabi, supporting student progress, and maintaining a professional learning environment.

This role is part-time and best suited to tutors who value preparation, clear expectations, and purposeful teaching.

  • Encourage understanding and reasoning rather than memorisation

  • Mark assignments and provide constructive, timely feedback

The Kind of Tutor We Are Looking For

Ministry of Education Assessment (An Advantage)

This assessment is a strong advantage but not mandatory.

Candidates who have gone through this process bring verified academic credentials and a clear interest in teaching as a profession. Think-Top Tutors offers an opportunity to gain experience, remain professionally active, and work within a structured academic environment.

Ministry-assessed candidates are prioritised during the hiring process, though this is not a requirement.

For early childhood applicants, recognised ECCE training or certification is considered an advantage.
